Connect a Shopify store to XPay through a custom app, then manage the customer-facing checkout label through Shopify when required.

Set up Shopify#

• Install the XPay Shopify custom app — Create the app through the Shopify Dev Dashboard, provide its credentials to XPay, and verify order mapping.
• Rename the credit-card payment method — Change the payment label shown in Shopify Checkout.

Use the Dev Dashboard installation for new custom apps. Keep the Shopify client secret private and enter it only in the approved XPay Merchant Portal configuration.

Verify the integration#

After installation, place a test order and confirm that the Shopify order ID is mapped to the corresponding XPay order or payment record.
